Shipping policy
Where we ship
STOK3D currently ships to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
Processing time
In-stock products are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days. If an order requires more time, for example because of an unexpectedly high order volume or an agreed custom size, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping carrier and costs
Orders are shipped with PostNL.
- Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders of €20 or more.
- Shipping costs for Dutch orders below €20 are shown at checkout.
- Shipping costs for Germany and Belgium are calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and depend on PostNL and the destination. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in a shipping confirmation is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive the tracking information after dispatch.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible at info@stok3d.nl. We cannot guarantee that an address can still be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Delayed, damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or does not arrive within a reasonable period, contact us at info@stok3d.nl with your order number and, where relevant, clear photographs of the packaging and product.
We will investigate the issue with PostNL and work with you to find an appropriate solution. Please keep damaged products and packaging until we confirm that they are no longer needed for the investigation.
